Luxe Labs 3D Safety & Care Guide

 

At Luxe Labs 3D, our fidgets, sensory prints and collectables are made to be enjoyed, playing, displaying or gifting. This guide explains age recommendations, safety disclaimers, and care tips so you can keep your Minis, 3D printed dragons and clickers looking and working their best.

 

Age & Choking Hazard

Contains small parts: choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3. For ages 3–6, we recommend supervised play at all times.

These pieces are great for fidgeting and sensory stimulation but aren’t built for rough play. If a part breaks and causes injury, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

 

Material & Durability

We use premium PLA filament for detail and strength, PLA is biodegradable and plant-based but not unbreakable. Avoid drops, twists or forcing joints beyond their natural range.

  • Movable joints: don’t force past their limits.
  • Inspect regularly; broken edges can be sharp.
  • Keep prints away from heat >50°C and chemicals.

In some cases we will print products utilizing other forms of specialized filaments such as PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPS.

These filaments all have different uses and properties such as being able to withstand higher temperatures (outdoors), be exposed to liquids for extended periods (toy boats), higher durability (stronger parts), and functional soft flexible rubber (3D printed shoes, tires, and more). We will note those additional benefits along with the products description for those specialty products.

 

Sensory Play & Display

Ideal for gentle fidgeting or desk décor, add color and movement without worry. Avoid leaving prints in direct sunlight or humid areas to maintain vibrancy.

 

Care Tips

  • Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use water, cleaners or sprays.
  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Do not submerge in water or liquids.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Our prints are not classified as toys; not for under 3 yrs old and supervised use under 6 yrs old ensures safe enjoyment.
