If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

We care about the quality of the products and happiness of our customers. If you have any concerns about your purchase please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss it.Β We're always looking to improve and customer feedback is vital towards that goal.
Shipping Damages and Delays
Shipping services are not perfect, USPS, FedEx, and UPS can all have delays or issues. We do our best to package items to prevent this, but we cannot guarantee against delivery delays or mishandling of the delivery to your door.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 daysΒ after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in the original packaging (if possible). If purchased from a local retail partner, the item will need to be returned to the same store that it was purchased from for a refund or exchange.

All you'll need to do is carefully repack the item and ship it back to us using the address provided by customer service. Shipping costs are at the discretion of the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and closeout/final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Β
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
